By placing an order with Little Light Stories W.L.L., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:
Product Use
- Our products are designed as screen-free educational audio toys for children.
- Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.
- Please remove all packaging materials before giving the product to a child.
- The product has been tested and declared safe for children over 3 years of age.
- The product should be used only as instructed and must not be modified, dismantled, or repaired by unauthorized persons.
Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or other exceptional circumstances. Any payment made for a cancelled order will be fully refunded.
Prices & Taxes
- Prices are shown in the selected currency.
- Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges required by their country.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- International shipping is provided in the countries as listed on our website. This section may be updated frequently.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
Returns & Refund Policy
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligible returns must be complete and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
- Products that have been intentionally damaged, misused, modified, or show excessive wear are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- The original price of the item will be fully refunded; the cost of shipping and any taxes incurred will be borne by the customer.
- These terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country.
Warranty Policy
- Every Little Light Stories Audio Toy is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
- This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship during normal use.
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, cosmetic wear, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper use.
- Where a valid warranty claim is approved, Little Light Stories may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.
Intellectual Property
- All stories, audio recordings, illustrations, logos, packaging designs, software, trademarks, and other content remain the exclusive property of Little Light Stories W.L.L.
- They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Little Light Stories W.L.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Privacy
- Your personal information is collected and processed only for the purposes of processing your order, providing customer support, and improving our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
